You can buy your tickets online via our webshop. Take a look at the calendar <\/a>and click on the desired day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For normal ride days (every Sunday from July to September), you can also buy tickets on the spot from the train attendant. More info on this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n On regular ride days and Scheldeland in Steam, you can buy a ticket online, which will guarantee you a seat. If you come with a group of more than 10 people, please let us know in advance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n On free ride days (Heritage Day etc.) it is not<\/span> possible to book places in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At events such as Degustation rides, Sinterklaas-Express etc, it is compulsory to purchase a ticket in advance through our website. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n If you wish to buy a ticket on the spot, you can pay with cash, Payconiq or Bancontact at the train guard.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n On regular ride days (every Sunday from July to September), you can take your dog on the train for free. We ask that you do not take your dog in the first-class carriage. We also ask you not to let your dog sit on the seats. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n Yes, you can bring your bike for free on our regular ride days (not on events). If you are coming with a larger group of cyclists, we ask you to let us know in advance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n Be sure to take a look in the spam folder of your mailbox. Sometimes it happens that an order falters, our volunteers will follow this up as soon as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Don't worry, as soon as the payment is successful, your order is properly registered with us. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n Ordinary ride days<\/strong> (all Sundays from July to August):<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes, it is possible to rebook your tickets. Please send your request to info@stoomtrein.be at least 1 day in advance<\/strong> the date booked. It is not possible to refund or rebook tickets on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Events <\/strong>(Scheldeland in Steam, Degustation rides, Sinterklaas...)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes, it is possible to rebook your tickets. Please send your request to info@stoomtrein.be at least 7 days in advance <\/strong>the date booked. This discount is only available if you online<\/span> tickets ordered.
